We are looking for an outstanding Digital Marketing Associate to enhance our work across organic social media, content strategy, and email marketing for a 9 month FTC contract for maternity cover.

Role Description

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing clear and compelling content and communications across our core social and email channels. You will lead on our tone of voice, engagement, and community building with our rapidly growing cohort of over 210,000 customers.

Your core activities will include:

• Delivering all content and communications across onsite, blogs, email, organic social, and inbox material.
• Executing our organic social strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, planning and creating content to deliver community growth and engagement.
• Supporting the Brand Marketing Lead with content consistency and on-pack copy.
• Collaborating with our SEO agency partner to optimize onsite content for conversion.
• Leading on email marketing strategy, defining email flows, campaigns, and content calendars.
• Supporting other marketing activations and campaigns, including Direct Mail and performance marketing.
• Assisting with video content briefs, shooting, and Instagram editing as needed.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a consumer-focused digital marketing background who can deliver world-class content and drive community engagement across various channels. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in social media content management and email marketing (preferably in the Klaviyo platform).
• Direct experience in digital marketing for a high-growth D2C business (desirable but not essential).
• A social-first mindset and strong copywriting skills for diverse content types.
• Design capabilities on Canva (not essential but highly desirable).
• Familiarity with online editorial management of eCommerce platforms (i.e., Shopify, Recharge) (desirable but not essential).
• A multidimensional skill set with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
• A genuine passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the world.
