Job Description

The Temporary Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Leader Bank will have strong digital and social media advertising and analyzing skills. This position requires organization and the ability to coordinate with all levels of employees to ensure timely completion of tasks. The selected candidate will work alongside the Marketing and Executive teams to create, coordinate, and support the bank’s online marketing initiatives, all performed in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and test digital advertising campaigns; track and analyze the effectiveness and report on results.
• Increase online presence and drive growth.
• Update company social media platforms.
• Review and maintain Loan Officer social media accounts for compliance.
• Manage digital marketing budget.
• Maintain websites, create new landing pages, and keep all information up to date.
• Continuously review and analyze the website for areas that need improvement to increase SEO.
• Proactively seek opportunities to market the Bank and promote new products and services.
• Understand and adhere to regulatory guidelines as they relate to the marketing of bank products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years’ experience utilizing digital marketing platforms (Facebook ads, Google AdWords, LinkedIn ads) and analyzing digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in digital marketing analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to work with HTML and ASP.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with deadlines.
• Works well as part of a team.
