Job Description

This position is a 6-month contract within our Marketing & Technology service based in London and Manchester. We focus on combining data, technology, creative content, and paid media to solve brand business problems and drive revenue through various digital marketing solutions, including ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients encompass eBay, Roblox, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company.

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer / Art Director to join our creative team. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, art directors, and creatives to produce engaging animations and videos that effectively convey complex concepts while meeting client objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of professional experience as a designer / art director in an agency setting.
• Professional experience in motion design within a relevant industry or agency.
• Ability to develop and refine initial concepts to produce high-quality animated designs.
• Strong organization, responsibility, and dedication to work.
• Capacity for self-learning and quick adaptation to new tools in a fast-evolving environment.
• Keen interest in design, particularly for social media and new trends.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in moving AI is a plus but not required.
• Full working proficiency in the English language.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate creative ideas from concept to delivery, determining the campaign’s look and feel.
• Develop eye-catching motion graphics for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and video content.
• Edit video content for social media, contributing creatively to develop engaging assets that adhere to brand guidelines and current trends.
• Collaborate across teams to implement fresh ideas that align with client objectives.
• Utilize software and tools to design and animate graphics, ensuring high-quality output.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in motion design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Work closely with team members and clients for innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control in the design and production process.
