Job Description

Konexial is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of fleet management technology. This freelance, project-based role will focus on refining the user experience of our internal system report interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, consistent, and scalable for our rapidly growing platform. This position is ideal for a designer who thrives on solving complex, data-heavy design challenges and can collaborate effectively with both product and development teams to deliver clean, impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of current system report interfaces to identify usability improvements.
• Propose UX enhancements that align with existing design principles while improving consistency across multiple screens.
• Deliver updated designs, including wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity mockups as needed.
• Create a practical, easy-to-follow UX/UI style guide with component usage, spacing, typography, color guidelines, and interaction behaviors for future features.
• Collaborate closely with internal product managers and developers to gather feedback and ensure design intent is captured accurately.
• Prepare design handoff materials, including annotations, to support efficient development.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing enterprise-level, data-heavy applications or platforms.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience creating component libraries and design documentation for development teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience in transportation or logistics software is a plus, but not required.

• Updated UX designs for system report interfaces.
• Comprehensive UX/UI design guidelines including component usage, spacing, typography, colors, and interaction behaviors.
• Design handoff materials for developers, including detailed annotations if necessary.
