We are seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a passionate designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design principles and experience leading end-to-end UX processes in government or enterprise environments.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Conduct UX research via interviews, usability testing, diary studies, A/B testing, etc.
• Lead design ideation and deliverables, including service design blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create accessible, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and service vision.
• Design content that simplifies complex language and meets user needs.
• Present the right information in the right format based on user expectations.

Responsibilities

You will create intuitive and engaging digital experiences by designing user interfaces for a variety of products and services. Using a user-centered design approach, you’ll gather insights, prototype rapidly, and iterate based on feedback. You’ll transform research into sitemaps, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes while ensuring accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across platforms. Proficiency in design tools and a deep understanding of UX best practices are essential.
