Job Description

As a Freelance Webflow Developer / Designer at Fyxer AI, you will contribute to the ongoing creation and development of fyxer.com and its satellite websites. You will work closely with the Design and Brand teams, reporting to Jordan, the Design Director & Webflow Developer. The role emphasizes creativity, communication, and speed, while utilizing AI to enhance work quality. Join a collaborative and ambitious team with creative freedom and immediate impact.

Interesting Aspects:

  • Time: Ideally 5 days per week, flexible to 4 for exceptional talent.
  • Location: 4 days a week in central London office, 1 day at home.
  • Contract: £400 per day (Outside IR35) on a monthly rolling basis.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Update and develop fyxer.com as the business and brand evolves.
  • Collaborate creatively with multiple stakeholders aligned to business objectives.
  • Explore and integrate AI advancements in Webflow production and creativity.
  • Maintain brand consistency across the website.
  • Deliver quick turnaround solutions leveraging Webflow capabilities.
  • Design with intentionality, balancing beauty and performance.
  • Build sustainably using modern coding conventions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a digital designer and Webflow developer in agency or startup environments.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience embracing AI and experimenting with new tools.
  • Competent in Logic and APIs (e.g., Zapier, Custom Builds).
  • Front-end JavaScript literacy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong brand understanding, and design principles.
  • Curiosity towards new creative opportunities in design/development.
  • Fundamental understanding of web fundamentals including SEO and CMS.
  • Experience managing different levels of user admin and responding to internal support tickets.
  • Webflow practitioner certification.
  • Analytics and testing expertise, adherence to CSS conventions.
  • GSAP proficiency, willingness to learn Finsweet attributes.

  • Experience with Motion Graphics.
  • Experience working in Sprint Cycles.
  • Appreciation for T.Ricks.
  • Knowledge of Jetboost.
  • Proficiency with Posthog.
