Mandatory Skills:

AWS Environment (required). EC2, ECS, Lambda, Step functions, IAM, etc.) / Experience in OCR & IDP tooling and projects /Team lead experience or experience in peer code reviews at a senior level

Desired Skills:

AWS Textract (optional) / WS Comprehend (optional) / AWS A2I (optional)

Team and Area: The organization is attempting to implement a major component of that is to be data driven, our team is responsible for collecting, interpreting and displaying the data in a way that will provide insights into teams, business units and value streams.

Project: Lead / manager with hands on technical experience taking OCR / IDP tooling into an organization, and stakeholder management. A Software Developer / Engineer with experience with OCR/IDP systems.

We are looking to bring an AWS based vendors OCR/IDP solution into the organization and are building a new team who will 1) assess vendor products to use 2) once assessed, integrate the system into our organization 3) extend the system into our broader AI Strategy.

Job Description:

• AWS Environment (required). EC2, ECS, Lambda, Step functions, IAM, etc.)
• Experience in OCR & IDP tooling and projects
• AWS Textract (optional)
• AWS Comprehend (optional)
• AWS A2I (optional)
• LLM-based QA, LLM and vision models based OCR extraction, summarization, decision-making for IDP
• HuggingFace and Open source AI vision models exposure (optional)
• Technical Evaluation techniques of OCR & IDP projects

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Lead Software Developer
• OCR & IDP experience
• AWS experience

Must-haves:

• WS Environment (required). EC2, ECS, Lambda, Step functions, IAM, etc.)
• Experience in OCR & IDP tooling and projects
