Content Writer Responsibilities:

• Create SEO friendly web content.
• Photographing, Videoing, and editing all property videos & photographs.
• Produce social media videography, including reels, TikToks & YouTube/Instagram content.
• Grow our social media footprint & online presence.
• Enhance our physical presence & brand in the local area.
• Create content that is legally compliant and avoids breaking the law.
• Create content that is original, not plagiarised or infringing on copyrights.
• Merge and edit images into web content to create a compelling visual experience for the reader.
• Create content in a timely manner, meeting deadlines.
• Follow editorial style guidelines and best practices.
• Provide clear and precise instructions on how to execute tasks.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• A desire for all things marketing and an urge to assist growing our business digitally.
• Strong work ethic.
• Confident across all types of social media and digital platforms, keeping up to date with the latest trends.
• Attention to detail & a desire to keep growing, learning, and improving.
• Will require a camera for photography and videography.
• Video editing skills.
