Product Marketer is needed in United States.

Paradigm is searching for an Associate Product Manager to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. As an Associate Product Manager you will help drive product development from concept to launch. You’ll gather requirements, prioritize features, collaborate across teams, and support go-to-market efforts. The role also involves market research and ROI analysis to identify growth or efficiency opportunities. Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Type: 1 year contract

As an Associate Product Manager you will:

• Closely interface with software development organizations and business stakeholders in sales and marketing to ensure appropriate go-to-market plans are in place

• Support business stakeholders who are accountable for results delivered by your sprint team

• Have a understanding of technical limitations to solution client or business need

• Suggest product enhancements and identify new features to improve user experience and solve business needs

• Breakdown of our clients and Features into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to deliver functional solutions

• Perform quality assurance controls on products

• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines

• Participate in system configuration

Requirements Our skills and experience wish list includes:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with an advanced degree (MBA) preferred.

• 1-2 years’ experience in the Software Technology & Development area

• Effective communication skills along with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams effectively

• Strong task management skills
