Job Title: Digital and Performance Marketing Manager
Type: Remote with travel required to our Office in Manchester
Hours: Full Time / Monday to Friday / 9.00am -5.30pm / Parking Available
Contract for 12 months
Salary: circa ยฃ45k + DOE
This role is hybrid with a requirement to work in the Manchester Office 1-2 days per week.
The Marketing and Communications Team is responsible for driving income growth and reputation enhancement for Bright Horizons through the delivery of sector-leading strategies and plans. Our vision aims to deliver sector-leading brand experiences across a broad range of touchpoints and channels for all business verticals, prioritizing a customer-first and digitally enhanced approach. The Digital and Performance Marketing Team focuses on integrating, improving, and personalizing user experiences across various platforms.
Your role is to continuously evolve our digital performance across channels, driving innovation, integration, and strategic improvement projects. This is a highly operational role that requires technical acumen, curiosity, and an understanding of ROI reporting to enable greater efficiency.
Requirements
Essential Experience and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and presentational skills.
- Proficient with analytics and data management, with the ability to work with complex data sets in Excel.
- High-level understanding of digital media including SEO, Paid Search, Social Media, Email, and Affiliate.
- Experience of managing a marketing technology infrastructure to support wider strategy and plans.
- Experience in inspiring, motivating, and organizing a wide range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Experience of using web analytics and reporting tools to drive content and information architecture.
- Understanding of CMS, CRM systems, and Social Media.
- Highly organized with excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- Demonstrable experience of utilizing new digital technologies as marketing communications tools.
Professional Experience:
- Content Management Systems, ideally open-source.
- Web Analytics.
- Search Engine Optimization.
- External Supplier Management.
- Information Architecture.
- Metadata.
Specific Experience and Qualifications Desirable:
- Experience and expertise in using SiteCore CMS.
- Experience of working with MS Dynamics CRM.
- Degree in Marketing, IT, computer science, or other relevant discipline.
- Google certification.
