Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising).
• Create, manage, and post engaging content for social media and YouTube.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and more.
• Work with the design and content team to create high-converting creatives.
• Manage ad budgets across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams for promotions, launches, and webinars.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience in healthcare or ed-tech domain is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot is a plus.
