Job Description

Next Door Photos (NDP) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more. We aim to provide the best experience to our customers and team members while fostering a fun culture. We are seeking part-time independent contractors, termed “Media Pros,” to join our growing team of professional, reliable, and talented individuals. The role offers flexible hours and the potential for increased earnings through product certification and greater scheduling availability. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property taking 40-90 minutes to capture. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while NDP manages the rest.

Requirements

Experience

We are looking for experienced photographers, videographers, and certified Part 107 drone pilots. Real estate photography experience is not required, as each Media Pro will be fully trained on all NDP products.

• Ability to professionally interact with clients and homeowners
• Consistency in arriving on time for scheduled shoots
• Professional dress while on the job
• Capability to upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot
• Keep a Google calendar with up-to-date availability
• Drive up to 30-40% of the workday
• Follow NDP shoot flow and quality standards
• Effective communication with clients throughout the shoot
• Regular communication with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone
• Commitment to study/test for Part 107 certification
• Willingness to accept regular feedback/training on NDP standards

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with a Wide Angle Lens such as:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with a 16-35mm Lens
• External (off-camera) flash
• Tripod and ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-Speed Internet
• Smart phone with wide angle lens (iPhone 8 and above)
