Job Description

Envizion Medical is a modern wellness clinic focused on transforming the healthcare experience through a patient-first approach. We are seeking an SEO & Content Marketing Specialist to drive our full SEO strategy, which includes keyword mapping, content planning, on-page optimization, and performance tracking. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to grow traffic, improve search rankings, and generate leads organically.

Responsibilities

- Conducting keyword research and building a keyword map for services like Semaglutide, Phentermine, HRT, etc.

- Creating blog topic ideas and SEO outlines or writing blogs yourself.

- Optimizing existing website pages (meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, content structure).

- Running SEO audits and fixing technical issues (broken links, redirects, load speed).

- Implementing local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile, directory listings).

- Conducting backlink outreach (HARO, guest posts, relevant directories).

- Tracking and reporting results weekly using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.

- Providing monthly progress reports with rankings, traffic, and insights.

Requirements

- 2+ years of proven SEO experience preferred.

- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).

- Understanding of SEO best practices in the medical/telehealth/YMYL space is a plus.

- Strong writing and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to self-manage and meet weekly goals.

- Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or medical marketing compliance.

Work Location & Hours

- In-House (preferred): Carrollwood, Tampa, FL.

- Remote Option: Daily reporting or use of a tracking tool (e.g., Clockify, Toggl, or detailed Slack updates) is required.

- Flexible hours, 20-30 hours per week to start with potential to grow.
