Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand’s vision and quality goals. This role requires a strong understanding of video production processes, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery (no post-production development). The Videographer will look to create engaging visual content that resonates with our client’s expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot for various clientele including corporate events, weddings, and sessions.
• Event planning will be handled by our administrative team and communicated to the videographer.
• Operate cameras and other equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.
• Obtain clean audio via LAV, Lapel, or other sufficient audio recording devices.
• Conduct interviews and gather testimonials as needed to enhance storytelling.
• Manage all aspects of video production including lighting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and video production.
• Delivery and maintain organized files of all raw footage and edited videos for future use.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Dependability in event arrival and file transfers.
• Strong understanding of video-production processes including white balance, frame rate, composition, sound recording, and versatility.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
• Experience in photography is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
