Job Description

SparberU is looking for a high-energy, reliable individual to attend a major baseball tournament in Georgia and conduct short video interviews with players, coaches, and parents. You’ll be the face of SparberU on-site—capturing real stories, quick testimonials, and highlight moments using your phone or our gear.

Responsibilities

• Attend the tournament each day and capture 10–20 short-form interviews (30–90 seconds each)
• Approach players and parents in a friendly, professional manner
• Ask pre-written questions (we’ll provide a script) focused on recruiting, performance, and training
• Record high-quality video (using iPhone or provided equipment)
• Upload footage to a Google Drive folder at the end of each day
• Communicate with our team for feedback and direction throughout the event

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking with athletes and families on camera
• Reliable, on-time, and self-motivated
• Own a newer smartphone with solid video/audio quality (or willing to use ours)
• Friendly personality and confident presence
• Experience with filming content is a plus, but not required

Bonus Points If You

• Have a background in baseball, sports media, or content creation
• Can edit clips for social media (basic cuts and captions)
• Speak confidently and can direct quick, engaging conversations

Additional Information

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $38.66 - $45.74 per hour

Schedule: 4 hour shift

Work Location: On the road
