Job Description

The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for building motion graphic elements for gameday, website, social, digital, broadcast, and other in-house productions as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of two (2) years experience as a motion graphics designer is required.
• Blender experience is a plus.
• Experience working in game entertainment video environment and live control room is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in motion graphic design or related field is preferred.
• Advanced skills in C4D, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
• Sports experience is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Producing and editing motion graphics including in-game animations for home games and other digital, social and broadcast video features as assigned.
• Maintaining a consistent creative style of all team graphics through consulting with the Creative Director on implementation of the Seahawks brand across platforms.
• Work alongside the Sr. Manager of Production to determine workload and help guide contractors on a per-project basis.
• Ability to edit videos as assigned.
• Design in various formats including, but not limited to: C4D (or equivalent 3D software) and After Effects.
• Prepare and maintain motion graphics for social and digital productions by assignment basis.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
• Availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and be on-call as necessary.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $22.75. The hourly rate applies to the current posting and may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience, and skill set.
