I am looking to hire an artist for a personal project. I am planning to propose to my girlfriend at Descanso Gardens in Glendale, CA, and want to incorporate art into the special moment. I would like an artist to paint the Japanese Garden at the gardens, and on the day of the proposal, I would like the artist to be present at the gardens. Ideally, the artist should either pretend to paint or actually paint a scene of me proposing to my girlfriend as part of the artwork.
