Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and social media-savvy videographer to work with our dealership client in Salt Lake City. This role involves spending 12-15 hours per week capturing dynamic, high-quality content to create short-form clips for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, as well as occasional long-form content depending on the client’s needs. You will work as a contractor directly for the client while receiving guidance and support from our creative team. NO video editing is required, just filming and uploading.

Requirements

• You need to have your own mirrorless video camera and lav mics.
• Basic videography experience, whether from personal projects, hobbies, or client work.
• Intuition for creating engaging social media content.
• Strong understanding of your camera equipment and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Flexibility to film on location, both in-office and on the go.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
• Punctuality and commitment to meeting filming deadlines.
• Being able to direct people and be strong-minded.

Responsibilities

• Filming 12-15 hours per week to start.
• Capturing high-quality content across multiple locations or in-office settings.
• Working closely with clients to understand their vision and create video content aligned with their brand goals.
• Staying attuned to social media trends to ensure the captured footage aligns with current platform best practices.
• Communicating regularly with our team to ensure client satisfaction and alignment on content goals.

Additional Information

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Benefits: On-the-job training
• Schedule: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Every weekend, Monday to Friday
