About the Role

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a creative and driven Brand Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital and physical channels. In this role, you’ll lead the design and execution of engaging visual content—including graphics, video, motion design, and branded messaging—that supports our business objectives in recruitment, employee engagement, and sustainability.

You will manage social media strategy and execution, oversee company newsletters through Mailchimp, and collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Operations to ensure brand consistency and high-impact storytelling. This position was created to expand capacity for company-wide brand initiatives and enforce consistent visual communication across all channels, including strategic projects like the employee portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and deliver visual content for digital platforms, including social media, web, and internal communications
• Manage and grow Benore’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Own company newsletter creation and distribution via Mailchimp
• Develop graphics, video, and motion design assets aligned with Benore’s brand identity and campaign goals
• Maintain and update the company’s brand guide, including the development of a sustainability-specific version
• Ensure consistent brand application across all visual materials—logos, typography, colors, layouts, truck designs, signage, and sustainability communications
• Support internal and external needs such as business cards, letterheads, PowerPoint templates, flyers, and internal screen presentations
• Serve as a resource for employees requesting branded materials or design support
• Lead branding efforts for physical materials such as truck decals and facility signage
• Execute photoshoots and manage a high-quality digital asset library
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align content with Benore’s mission and values
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance with branding, DOT/OSHA regulations, and quality certifications (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 45001)

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or multimedia design
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, brand consistency, and content across multiple platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
• Experience managing and creating social media content
• Familiarity with Canva is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Ability to balance hands-on creative work with broader brand oversight
• Valid Class D driver’s license required
