Job Description
The Sr. US Video Strategy and GTM (VSGTM) position at Amazon Ads involves developing and executing a unified go-to-market strategy for advertising solutions across Amazon’s video and streaming properties. This role requires collaboration with WW and regional GTM teams to set the overall video strategy, maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, managing revenue growth, and working directly with various sales teams to drive adoption and success in our video advertising offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop vision and strategy for Amazon’s video advertising offerings.
- Analyze video advertising market trends to identify opportunities.
- Conduct quantitative analyses of demand and opportunities.
- Analyze pricing, volume, and yield-generating strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams on education and demand generation strategies.
- Aggregate US Voice of Customer feedback to drive growth.
- Support video advertising business management to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor quarterly sales pacing and adjust strategies as needed.
- Create sales priorities to influence product development and decisions.
- Work with Ads Marketing on customer-facing materials.
- Ensure execution of GTM strategies with cross-functional partners.
- Assist in training development for sales enablement.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales strategy or digital media strategy at a media & entertainment company.
- Experience developing strategies that influence organizational decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
