Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions, with hands-on experience in modern AI frameworks and platforms. This role is essential for building intelligent systems that power automation, natural language processing, and advanced decision-making. You’ll collaborate across functions to deliver innovative AI and automated solutions, from chatbots and RPA to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, among others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with AI and ML models and solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java, C++, C# or Go is a plus.
• Proven experience with ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Proven experience with Gen AI and agent tools (e.g., N8N, langchain, AI Foundry, Open AI, etc.).
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques, including embeddings, transformers, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone) and RAG pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, FastAPI, and CI/CD for model lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools or custom automation solutions.
• Working knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools like SQL, Spark, Airflow, or similar.
• Hands-on experience on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the AI and automation fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using frameworks.
• Build and optimize chatbots, conversational agents, and intelligent virtual assistants.
• Develop and implement RAG-based architectures to enhance information retrieval and response accuracy from large datasets.
• Integrate AI models into production systems and automate workflows using RPA tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless data pipeline integration and solutions deployment.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., BERT, GPT, LLaMA) and apply transfer learning for domain-specific use cases.
• Apply best practices for model evaluation, validation, and monitoring in real-world environments.
• Maintain documentation of model architectures, training procedures, performance metrics, and deployment strategies to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and automation to recommend and implement cutting-edge techniques.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
