Job Description

Webb Media Productions is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team! This role will play a key part in producing high-quality content for our two primary brands:

• Rocket Riley – Our entertainment-focused channel with a strong presence on YouTube and short-form platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Webb Media Productions – Our professional wedding videography and commercial video brand serving clients in real estate, business, and event industries.

What You’ll Do

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for Rocket Riley social channels (YouTube, TikTok, Reels).
• Assemble cinematic wedding films with storytelling, pacing, and emotion that match the Webb Media Productions signature style.
• Produce polished commercial promo reels and highlight videos, especially for real estate clients and local businesses.
• Match and maintain the established visual and editorial style of both brands with precision.
• Collaborate closely with our creative lead for feedback and revisions.
• Manage projects in a timely and organized manner to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus).
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, audio syncing, and color correction.
• Ability to take creative direction and match an existing editing style.
• Local to or within commuting distance of Wichita, KS (some remote work possible, but must be available for in-person meetings/reviews).
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling visual content.

Nice to Have

• Experience editing wedding films or cinematic storytelling pieces.
• Familiarity with YouTube algorithms and short-form trends.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or sound design.
