Job Description

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and much more. We are built on a culture of having fun and blessing the communities we serve. This position is for a growing team of professional, reliable, and talented “Media Pros” who represent our brand and achieve high-quality results. The role has flexible hours and the potential for increased earnings through product certification and availability. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property taking between 40-90 minutes to capture. The position is part-time, independent contractor-based, and compensation is on a per-service basis, with additional pay for extended travel.

Requirements

Experience:

We are looking for experienced photographers, videographers, and certified part 107 drone pilots. Real estate photography experience is not required, as training will be provided on all products offered by NDP.

Other Requirements:

• Professionally interact with clients and homeowners
• Consistently arrive on time to scheduled shoots in various locations
• Dress professionally while on the job
• Upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot
• Have a flexible schedule
• Keep a Google calendar updated with your availability
• Drive up to 30-40% of the workday
• Follow the NDP shoot flow and standards to provide high-quality product
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the shoot
• Regularly communicate with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone
• Prepare to study/test to obtain a Part 107 certification
• Receive regular feedback/training regarding NDP standards of quality and professionalism

Equipment List:

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with a Wide Angle Lens such as:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with 16-35mm Lens
• External (off-camera) flash
• Tripod and ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-Speed Internet

Additional Information

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, On-call, Weekends as needed
