Job Description

TipHaus is a fast-growing SaaS and FinTech company transforming how the service industry handles tip distribution and labor transparency. We build intuitive software that helps operators and employees save time and reduce risk. We’re looking for a Part-Time/Contract Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our mobile and desktop applications.

As a Product Designer at TipHaus, you’ll collaborate closely with the product team to craft user-focused designs across both mobile and web platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys solving real customer problems through thoughtful design. You’ll be responsible for taking buildouts from concept to high-fidelity mockups using Figma and ensuring smooth developer handoff.

This is a part-time hourly role with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing web and/or mobile SaaS applications
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, component libraries)
  • A portfolio showcasing clean, intuitive, and accessible designs
  • Understanding of UX principles and responsive design best practices
  • Experience working closely with product teams in agile environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively in a remote setting

Additional Information

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Work Location: Remote
