Job Description

Charboy’s Sauces & Marinades is looking for a charismatic, food-loving Cooking Content Creator to produce fun, flavorful, and engaging cooking videos from your own aesthetically pleasing kitchen. You’ll showcase how to use Charboy’s all-natural marinades and sauces to create quick, healthy, and delicious meals for home cooks and food lovers across social media platforms. Your contributions will be vital in driving customer engagement and supporting our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form cooking videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, tutorials)
• Develop high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
• Feature Charboy’s marinades and sauces in easy-to-follow recipes (grilled, baked, pan-fried, etc.)
• Highlight key brand values: zero sugar, GMO/gluten-free, clean ingredients, bold flavor
• Maintain a high visual standard using a clean, appealing kitchen setup
• Incorporate product shots, branding elements, and packaging in each video
• Collaborate with Charboy’s marketing team on content calendar, recipe ideas, and promotional themes
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Deliver 2–4 videos per month (or as agreed)

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence and comfort engaging audiences through video
• Proven experience in creating food content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
• Background in culinary arts or food blogging
• Access to a well-lit, clean, and visually appealing kitchen suitable for filming
• Basic video editing skills (or use of tools like CapCut, iMovie, Canva, etc.)
• Passion for cooking, clean eating, and showcasing real ingredients
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a consistent content schedule
