Job Title: Freelance Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote (Contractor Position)

Reports To: Monica Wofford, Founder, Contagious Companies

We are looking for a driven, skilled, results-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to help enhance our online presence across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Channel Marketing: Develop, manage, and execute unique campaigns for Facebook, LinkedIn, and possibly Instagram to increase engagement and conversions. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Graphic Design & Content Creation: Create appealing graphics for ads and social media posts that align with brand standards.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze digital marketing data, and prepare monthly reports. Adjust strategies based on insights.
• SEO Insight, CRM Usage, Website Awareness: Understand the dynamics between SEO, CRM, and website in relation to marketing efforts.
• YouTube Channel Management: Oversee and optimize the YouTube channel, manage video uploads, descriptions, and cross-promotion strategies.
• Strategy and Implementation: Collaborate on content and promotion calendars, planning campaigns up to six months ahead.
• Sense of Urgency: Approach the role with a business focus, prioritizing rapid results.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Analytics, and CRM.

Skills:

• Expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram advertising.
• Experience with Facebook Pixel ads and funnel management.
• Proficient in SEO and understanding the impact of paid and non-paid campaigns.
• Advanced graphic design and strong communication skills.
• Ability to advise on strategic direction while executing marketing campaigns.
• A passion for learning and adapting to new trends in digital marketing.
