Executive Assistant to Founder
Project Manager is needed in Bali, Indonesia.
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support our founder, Patrick Moreau, at Muse Storytelling. The role is based in our Bali office and involves coordinating a global operation in documentary filmmaking, commercial partnerships, and educational programs. You will handle travel coordination for international shoots and speaking engagements, manage the founder’s calendar across multiple time zones, oversee email and communication with high-level stakeholders, and support both commercial and documentary projects. This is not just an administrative position—you will help coordinate partnerships, connect with key stakeholders, and ensure information flows across teams. You should have at least 2 years of experience in executive assistance or project coordination, be fluent in English, and be comfortable working between Indonesian and American business cultures. This full-time contract position requires early morning work hours to connect with US business hours and flexibility during busy project periods.
