Job Description

Sonnenglas is looking for a creative and professional Content Producer to help us continuously create high-quality visual content for our brand. This is a part-time or freelance position, ideal for students or creatives with a passion for photography, videography, and digital media. You will be responsible for producing compelling visual assets—photos, videos, and short-form content—for our social media channels, website, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our in-house team and have access to our beautiful Victoria Yards location as your creative playground.

Responsibilities:

• Capture product and lifestyle photography in and around Victoria Yards
• Shoot and edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our website
• Contribute creative ideas for content concepts, storytelling, and campaigns
• Produce engaging social media content that reflects the Sonnenglas ethos
• Organize and deliver files in proper formats for web and social distribution

Requirements

Essential:

• Strong portfolio of photography and video work
• Confident with your camera, lighting, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Lightroom)
• Creative eye, strong aesthetic sense, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, plan your shoots, and deliver reliably
• Based in Johannesburg and available to shoot regularly at Victoria Yards
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience in social media content production and trends
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Interest in sustainability, fair trade, and creative storytelling
