Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with a hybrid skill set across UX design and visual design to join EPAM on a temporary, project-by-project basis. This role requires a hands-on approach, contributing to user research, design strategy, Figma prototyping, and delivering fully realized designs through completion. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work across disciplines, blending strategic problem-solving with pixel-perfect execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (UX researchers, developers, strategists, etc.) to design user-centric solutions
• Conduct and interpret user research to uncover insights that drive design decisions
• Develop design strategies that align with both client objectives and user needs
• Represent key scenarios, features, and interactions through low-mid fidelity user flows
• Quickly generate and iterate on concepts through rapid prototyping and collaborative ideation
• Create high-quality Figma prototypes to effectively showcase concepts, design direction, and detailed interaction
• Deliver polished, production-ready design assets that support stakeholders and achieve project goals
• Shape design systems and enforce consistency across projects and platforms
• Participate in usability testing efforts and use insights to iterate designs
• Present design concepts and deliverables to internal teams and clients effectively

Requirements

• 7+ years in UX and visual design for digital products and experiences
• Proven expertise in applying design strategy, user insights, and prototyping to real-world projects
• A strong portfolio showcasing depth and breadth across UX and visual design disciplines
• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools
• Strong conceptual thinking balanced with an ability to produce polished, production-ready deliverables
• Experience partnering with research, development, and strategy teams to solve user pain points
• Ability to effectively gather and interpret feedback to continuously improve designs
• Expert at crafting intuitive interfaces, site architectures, navigation, and impactful visuals
• Familiarity with building responsive and scalable design systems

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $55 - $65 per hour.
