Job Description

Translate the Chronos brand guide into a modular Canva template and element library covering core publishing surfaces. Deliver editable, documented, multi-ratio templates to protect brand consistency while remaining fast and flexible for everyday use.

Phase 1 Deliverables (Master Layout Build)

The project includes the development of approximately 15 designer-built Master Canva Layouts that can be duplicated by the internal team into additional pages, sizes, and campaign variants. A Master Layout is a fully styled Canva page with a locked brand layer and editable content zones.

• Blog Hero / Feature (2 masters + background/element set)
• LinkedIn Single Tiles (3 masters: Stat, Quote/Testimonial, Promo)
• LinkedIn Carousel Starter (2 masters: Cover, Content Slide)
• Email Header & Promo Banner (2 masters)
• Event / Webinar Promo (2 masters: Speaker Highlight, Date/Countdown)
• Metrics / Case / Testimonial Cards (2 masters)
• Story / Vertical Background (1 master)

Reusable Element Pack

A single assets folder with grouped Canva components and downloadable SVG/PNG will include the following:

• Chronos logo lockups
• Hex pattern overlays
• Branded Backgrounds
• Mini Avatar Starter Set
• Speaker Headshot Masks
• Lifecycle channel icons
• CTA bars & buttons
• Data chips / KPI tags
• Basic chart/infographic shapes

Key Accountabilities

• Convert brand guide into Canva Brand Kit
• Design & build prioritized template families with locked brands and editable content zones
• Create lightweight illustration/icon set
• Provide ratio variants & platform-safe padding
• Document usage for non-designers
• Quality assurance of templates and revisions based on user feedback
• Package final component library for future updates

• Internal Quality Score
• Brand Consistency Pass Rate
• Turnaround Time Reduction
• Multi-Channel Coverage

Key Qualifications

Must Have

• Portfolio showing template systems (Canva or Figma-to-Canva)
• Strong layout and type hierarchy experience
• Experience building flexible color/theme variants inside Canva
• Vector/illustration capability for icon and shape libraries
• Clear written and asynchronous communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience designing assets for lifecycle/retention/email marketing
• Light motion skills (simple Canva animations or GIF exports)
