We are seeking an experienced orchestral composer to create two original one-minute pieces for a private wedding in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. The first piece will serve as a romantic and graceful precessional, and the second as a joyful and celebratory recessional. The musical style should draw on the Italian romantic opera, specifically inspired by the Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana, and require subtle Middle Eastern influences such as oud motifs for a Saudi touch and trumpet for Jordanian accents. The wedding will take place outdoors in an intimate setting with about 40 guests, and the ambiance is luxurious but intimate. Deliverables should include two fully orchestrated, scored tracks (each up to 1 minute), delivered in high-quality audio, either MIDI or live. Please submit samples of similar orchestral or cultural fusion work and a short note about your creative approach, including your proposed fee and timeline. The project timeline is up to 8 weeks.
