This is not a full build from scratch. The work involves:

Making visual and layout adjustments to the site’s front end.
Deleting, removing, or updating outdated content and features.
Back-end fixes, cleaning up code, and improving performance.
Ensuring changes are functional, efficient, and visually consistent.

Requirements:

Proven minimum 7+ years of real, hands-on web development experience (front end and back end).
Skilled with common CMS (e.g., WordPress) and/or custom-built platforms.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and database management.
Must have attention to detail for visual and functional changes.
Able to explain solutions clearly and work collaboratively.
Must be available for in-person meetings and work in Chiang Mai.
Portfolio of previous work demonstrating both design and technical ability.
