Instrument is a remote-first digital product and brand experience agency with a team of over 200 talented individuals, organized across four specialized teams. We are seeking experienced motion designers with a passion for creating visually stunning content. Our focus is on expanding our freelance network in South America to collaborate with a dynamic, international team on impactful projects. We value creativity, expertise, and collaboration, particularly among designers who have years of experience in fast-paced agency environments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and push the boundaries of motion design, with many projects requiring full-time availability.

Requirements

• Training in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience with a portfolio showcasing your work and role in each project
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Cinema 4D, and interactive design tools such as Sketch and Figma
• Strong organizational skills for file management and effective collaboration
• A curious, fearless approach to problem-solving and a love for storytelling through animation
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to jump in at any stage of a project and work across time zones with a remote team
