Job Description

This is a remote position. We’re looking for a Senior Flutter + Zoho Developer to take full ownership of our mobile and back-end architecture — delivering a flawless member experience while powering our internal operations through smart automation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on both front-end elegance and back-end precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of Flutter-based iOS and Android apps.
• Manage and refactor the entire mobile codebase for scalability and performance.
• Customize and maintain Zoho One (CRM, People, Books, Creator, Flow, etc.).
• Design and implement Zoho API integrations to connect systems and workflows.
• Integrate mobile and Zoho back ends with third-party tools (POS, payment gateways, loyalty, access control).
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure an exceptional mobile UX.
• Implement role-based access and ensure data security best practices.
• Set coding standards, manage Git workflows, and oversee peer code reviews.
• Support the digital roadmap with innovative features and cross-platform integrations.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 5+ years of Flutter experience (iOS & Android).
• Proven expertise in Zoho One (CRM, People, Books, Creator, Flow) and Zoho API development.
• Strong skills in API integration and mobile architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider).
• Git expertise — version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD.
• Track record of refactoring and optimizing large codebases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to bridge tech with business needs.
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately.

Strong Plus

• Webflow development experience for landing pages, microsites, and integrated web solutions.
• Familiarity with Flutter/Firebase architecture.
• Background in wellness, hospitality, retail, or multi-brand ecosystems.
• Experience with POS, loyalty, and access control integrations.
