Job Description

Compensation: USD 1.5K - 2.1K/month.

Location: Remote (anywhere).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Shopify and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Shopify’s Liquid templating language is desired but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Experience conducting usability testing and iterating based on user feedback.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Website Design and Customization: Design and customize the visual layout, user interface, and overall aesthetics of Shopify stores; ensure a smooth and engaging online shopping experience, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Theme Development: Create and maintain custom Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; apply basic knowledge of Liquid or demonstrate a strong desire to learn.
• Front-End Development: Implement responsive, user-friendly user interfaces optimized for all devices and browsers; ensure performance and compatibility across all platforms.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback; iterate on designs to improve the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
• Integration and Optimization: Integrate third-party applications and plugins to enhance store functionality; continuously optimize website performance and loading speed.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders; participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to team-wide initiatives.
