Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sydney, Australia (AEST)

Paid hours per week: 20 Hours

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost search rankings and organic traffic.
• Create and manage content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
• Produce AI-generated videos to enhance digital content and storytelling.
• Manage various integrated marketing tasks as part of a cohesive digital strategy.
• Report performance metrics, insights, and recommendations directly to the business owner.
• Build marketing systems and processes as the company’s first in-house marketer.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of SEO, covering both on-page and technical elements.
• Strong ability in keyword research.
• Proficient in copywriting and content marketing strategies.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS for basic SEO improvements.
• Web development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights.
• Experience in implementing schema markup.
• Skilled in content writing and SEO-oriented copywriting.
• Background in blogging and research activities.
• Experience managing WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
• Digital public relations and outreach expertise.
• Knowledge of link-building strategies.
• Proficient in social media marketing techniques.
• Management skills for Google My Business.
• Strong understanding of local SEO practices.
• Strategies for enhancing customer engagement.
• Aware of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Skills in optimizing conversion rates.
