Job Description

This is a remote position. Specialist.PH is looking for a talented and data-driven Google Ads Specialist with Meta Ads experience. You will manage high-performing ad campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with clients to achieve measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on numbers, enjoys problem-solving, and can deliver strong ROI.

What will you do…

• Develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to target the right audience.
• Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies for maximum ROI. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and target markets.
• Create clear, data-based reports that track clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Support additional ad channels, including Meta Ads and Local Services Ads (training provided).

Requirements

You might be the one we’re looking for if you have…

• At least 2 years of experience in Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads campaigns.
• Willingness to learn Local Services Ads.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English).
• Comfortable talking to clients on the phone.
• Please add the word “Google Meta Pro” into your resume or cover letter near the top in a sentence or description so we know you’re paying attention to details.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours).
• Strong internet connection and video conferencing tools.
