The Opportunity

We’re looking for a full-stack developer who can build web applications and has experience integrating AI workflows into business solutions. You’ll be developing complete applications while leveraging AI tools to automate processes, integrate software platforms, and create intelligent systems that solve real operational challenges.

You’ll develop complete web applications while also integrating AI workflows to enhance functionality and automate processes. This includes building user interfaces, backend systems, databases, and AI-powered features that solve real business challenges.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Full-Stack Web Development - Experience building and deploying complete web applications (frontend + backend)
• AI Model Integration - Working with Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Claude 4, GPT-4, GPT-4o, or similar LLMs in production applications
• Version Control & Collaboration - Proficient with Git, GitHub workflows, branching strategies, and code reviews
• Database Management - Designing and managing databases for web applications
• API Development & Integration - Building APIs and connecting external services
• Modern Web Technologies - JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React/Vue, Node.js (or similar stack)
• Problem-Solving Mindset - Ability to architect solutions from concept to deployment

Preferred Experience

• Building SaaS applications or business automation tools
• Experience with AI/ML model deployment in production applications
• Familiarity with various business software APIs and integrations
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent design
• Understanding of business process optimization and workflow automation
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)

Technical Environment

• Frontend: Modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Backend: Node.js, Python, or similar server-side technologies
• Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other modern database systems
• AI Models: Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Claude 4, GPT-4, GPT-4o, and other LLMs as project needs dictate
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, modern branching and deployment workflows
• Integrations: Various SaaS platforms, APIs, and business tools
• Deployment: Cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
• Philosophy: Build scalable applications, integrate AI where it adds value
