Web app needed
I am seeking a full-stack developer to build a web application that combines a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with a university affiliate platform. The app should provide tools for recruitment and admissions teams to manage prospective students and serve as a portal for external partners such as sales consultants and independent recruiters. Features include detailed lead management, lead scoring and nurturing, automated communications (email and SMS), activity and interaction tracking, affiliate onboarding, referral and commission tracking, dashboards for report visualization, and data export. The app needs to integrate with third-party communication and payment APIs, and a suggested tech stack is React.js and Tailwind CSS on the frontend, Node.js and Express on the backend, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB for data storage. The goal is to streamline the student recruitment process and optimize affiliate performance.
The intended users are university recruitment teams and external university affiliates who require seamless tracking of leads, referrals, commissions, and comprehensive reporting tools. There is no strict deadline for the project, and initial work may lead to further follow-up assignments.
