Social media manager
We are seeking a full-time eCommerce manager to help build and manage our TikTok Shop and Temu operation. You should have experience running TikTok Shop or Temu Store, and ideally be familiar with Chinese suppliers and fulfillment processes. Your role will include uploading product listings, posting engaging videos and photos, handling orders, returns, and customer support, as well as daily shop operations. You will work closely with our Chinese business partner to request product content, coordinate shipping within China, and confirm packaging and order tracking. Fluent English is required, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or use WeChat is a bonus. You will join our WhatsApp team group for real-time updates and be proactive in managing the stores. We are looking to start immediately.
