Job Description

Texas Health Action (THA) is seeking a short-term brand photographer to capture high-quality photo and video assets of Kind Clinic’s locations in Austin (2), Dallas (1), and San Antonio (1) for their brand photography library. The Kind Clinic Creative Team will coordinate with the selected photographer and staff to set up shoot dates.

Requirements

• Provide 30 assets per city (90 total) of Kind Clinic buildings and staff.
• File Formats:
• Final Photography: Jpeg and PNG
• Raw Photography: RAW (.CR2/3, .NEF, .ARW, .RAF, etc.)
• Raw Video: Apple ProRes 422 HQ (or equivalent high-bitrate, edit-ready format)
• Style & Tone: Reflect Kind Clinic’s friendly, LGBTQIA+ affirming, authentic brand experience.
• Locations: On-site shooting at Kind Clinic locations in Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio.
• Talent & Coordination: Coordination of staff and location availability with Kind Clinic’s Creative Team.
• Timeline & Turnaround:
• Shoot: September - October 2025
• First Proofs: Early November 2025
• Final Delivery: December 1, 2025
• Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions on photography selection and color correction.
• Usage & Rights: Assets will be used in organic and paid social, paid and out-of-home advertising, print, digital, and more with unlimited digital and print usage in perpetuity.

• Information about experience and ability to meet requirements
• References to relevant work demonstrating style and quality
• Ability to travel between Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas
• Overall rate for the position, including any travel expenses.
