Social Media Manager, Designer, and Content Creator for Beecoming Whole Works

Beecoming Whole Works is a virtual, private-pay coaching and wellness company combining somatic coaching, nervous system healing, behavior analysis, and holistic wellness for adults, with plans to expand to families and caretakers. We are seeking a Social Media Manager, Designer, and Content Creator to build and execute our monthly social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and potentially LinkedIn and Threads. The freelancer will design and create 12–16 branded, educational posts each month, building monthly content calendars and submitting content for pre-approval. This role will also support engagement by responding to comments and private messages, as well as handle light moderation, track analytics, and present strategies for improvement. You will have secure access to all relevant brand assets, which must be handled with care and never altered or redistributed without approval. Our audiences are learning about complex concepts for the first time; your content should simplify, educate, and guide them toward services, while also building trust for our upcoming launches and growing waiting lists. The ideal candidate is skilled in educational storytelling, evidence-based marketing, and understands both B2B and B2C communication, and is comfortable collaborating closely in a pre-approval process. Please share examples of accounts managed and your content/design work. The project has staged deliverables through July 2026 and potentially beyond.

Longer term expansion into spiritual offerings but must remain evidence-based and practical reflecting and tying into 3D concrete living to ensure accessibility and trust from the masses and most buy-in while still respecting diverse beliefs, views and values.
