Job Description

Create high-impact audiovisual content for social media, optimized for conversion and engagement, using professional editing techniques, artificial intelligence, and creative adaptations aligned with the brand.

Main Responsibilities

• Edit short videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long videos (VSL, interviews, testimonials, webinars).
• Apply voice or image cloning with AI for creative pieces.
• Create thumbnails, covers, and simple carousels to accompany videos.
• Adapt content to different formats and platforms (vertical, horizontal, square).
• Maintain aesthetic and narrative consistency according to branding.
• Deliver material designed for advertising campaigns (Meta Ads).
• Optimize editing times while maintaining high quality.
• Propose creative video ideas and applicable trends.
• Create videos optimized for virality (strong hook, structure, call to action).
• Adapt social media trends to the brand’s style.
• Propose creative ideas that support account growth.

Requirements

Required Tools

• CapCut Pro
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Canva Pro
• AI Tools: Runway, HeyGen, D-ID, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite to export in the correct formats

Knowledge and Skills

• Visual storytelling and editing rhythm
• Creativity and advanced aesthetic judgment
• Knowledge of social media formats and algorithms
• Basic knowledge of creating videos for ads (Meta Ads)
• Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines

Deliverables and Metrics

• 10 to 15 edited videos per week, ready to publish
• Thumbnails and graphic assets per video
• Response to internal requests within 24 hours
• On-time delivery and visual quality

Conditions

• Modality: Freelance – remote
• Contract based on deliverables
• Monthly payment via PayPal or bank transfer
• Initial range: $350 to $500 USD depending on experience
