Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video & Content Creator to produce TikTok and Instagram ad creatives, UGC-style videos, and carousel posts that resonate with retail investors and traders. This role requires a strong understanding of social-first content, fast turnaround, and the ability to transform financial features into visually compelling, psychologically engaging videos.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, script, and produce TikTok and Instagram videos that highlight Alfred’s core features and benefits.

Create UGC-style videos that feel native and organic to each platform.

Edit raw footage into polished ads with captions, overlays, and platform-optimized hooks.

Develop static and carousel visuals for Instagram and TikTok to support campaign messaging.

Stay up to date with trends, sounds, and formats to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience creating TikTok and Instagram content, ideally for apps, fintech, or consumer products.

Strong video editing skills and proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

Understanding of growth content psychology (hooks, FOMO, urgency, engagement triggers).

Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce multiple variations of creatives quickly.

Portfolio of past UGC-style or ad creatives is required.

Nice to Have

Experience in finance, trading, or investing content.

Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and performance marketing.
