Social Media Marketing Specialist for Brand Growth

Hi! I’m the owner of a small beauty and aesthetic clinic based in Helsinki, Finland. I’m looking for a creative social media specialist to manage and grow our Instagram account. The content should be in Finnish (targeted for the local audience), but communication with me should be in Russian. This is intended to be a long-term collaboration if we are a good match. You will create engaging Instagram posts, design and publish Stories and Reels, help plan and launch simple promotions or giveaways, and assist in building a monthly content plan. Optionally, you may help with basic comment replies or DMs. You should be fluent in Finnish for content and able to communicate well with me in Russian. Experience creating Instagram content, ideally for beauty, skincare, or wellness, and strong graphic design fundamentals are required. The scope is approximately 10 hours per month. Please include samples of relevant Instagram content, confirmation of language skills, and any experience in related niches in your proposal.
