We are Layers, a company on a mission to challenge fast fashion by building a powerful content engine that transforms raw creator clips into viral short-form videos. We are looking for a UGC Video Editor based in Pakistan who can turn ordinary footage into captivating, scroll-stopping content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your role will focus on editing UGC clips, adding captions, music, effects, and memes to enhance virality, and adapting content for various platforms while staying up-to-date with current styles and trends. Previous experience editing short-form social video and a strong understanding of meme culture, viral pacing, and editing tools like CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects are important. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team and UGC creators to deliver high-quality, consistent edits that help drive our message. The role is fully remote and requires a commitment of 45 hours per week.
