Job Description
The role involves creating original designs for custom apparel, working with customers and the production team to realize their ideas, designing mockups and digital proofs, creating promotional materials for events and social media, and ensuring that all designs are of high quality and in line with the company’s brand identity.
Requirements
- Creativity and a passion for design.
- Basic experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
- (Preferred but not required) Previous experience in apparel or graphic design.
Compensation Structure
- T-shirt mockups for clubs: $30 per approved design
- Event promotions or social media graphics: $10 per approved design
- Note: Pay is still being reviewed and is negotiable based on experience, complexity, or scope of the project.
