Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team and help grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving digital spaces, understands short-form video culture, and can balance creativity with strategy. The ideal candidate will be confident both behind and in front of the camera, skilled in video production and editing, and proactive in spotting and adapting social trends. Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the drive to engage audiences through fresh, brand-relevant content are key. Experience managing social accounts and a portfolio of past work will be highly valued.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok content ecosystems, including what performs well and why.
• Confident both behind and in front of the camera, with a keen eye for storytelling and aesthetics.
• Proficient with tools such as CapCut, InShot, and Canva.
• Highly creative, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Basic copywriting skills for captions, hashtags, and video text overlays.
• Prior experience managing personal or brand social accounts is a strong plus (please include portfolio links or social handles).
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Planning: Ideate, shoot, and edit original content (Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, IG posts) that aligns with the brand voice and engages target audiences.
• Short-Form Video Production: Manage the full content production cycle—from scripting and filming to editing and final delivery.
• Account Management: Oversee daily posting schedules, monitor engagement, and ensure consistent content across platforms.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of Instagram and TikTok trends, viral sounds, memes, and creative styles, and adapt them into brand-relevant content.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance (views, saves, shares, etc.) and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
