Join Lunoris Studios in developing ‘Lunoris’, a cinematic 2.5D side-scroller where dreams and memories shape story-driven levels. We are seeking a Level Designer to create Chapter 1 Sublevel 1: the Snowy Forest, which introduces players to the Dream Realm. The narrative script and environmental assets are already complete, allowing you to focus on greyboxing and layout in Unity without asset creation. Your main tasks include designing the flow and platforming challenges, placing key interactive objects like Lucid Points and memory fragments, and integrating cinematic camera transitions for specific gameplay moments. You will work directly with the Creative Director to realize the level’s intended atmosphere and pacing. We expect applicants to bring experience in 2.5D/side-scroller level design with a strong portfolio, be skilled in Unity greyboxing, and have a keen sense for blending exploration and storytelling. Familiarity with atmospheric or narrative games like Ori, Hollow Knight, or Little Nightmares is a plus. The project is remote, part-time, and intended for a personal project with a one-week delivery timeline.
