Job Description
We’re O3, a creator-driven YouTube channel producing high-energy group content (gaming, challenges, lifestyle — think OTV/creator house vibes). We’re hiring both long-form editors and short-form editors to help us scale production.
Long-Form Editing: 2–4 hours of raw footage → 15–45 min polished videos.
Short-Form Editing: 6–8 short edits per week (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Expectation of fast turnaround times.
Remote-friendly, but being based in Los Angeles is a strong plus since editors may work directly from the content house with the lead producer/editor.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing YouTube creator-style content (challenge, group dynamic, or lifestyle).
- Comfortable working with both long-form (2–4 hrs raw → 25–45 min cut) and/or short-form (6–8 edits per week) depending on role.
- Strong sense of pacing, comedic timing, and use of internet culture (memes, SFX, captions, zooms).
- Ability to deliver fast turnarounds and manage deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) or equivalent NLEs.
- Familiarity with After Effects, Photoshop, or motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Reliable hardware setup for handling high-resolution footage.
- Strong communication and willingness to collaborate with the Lead Producer/Editor.
- Based in Los Angeles is a plus (to occasionally work onsite at the content house).

Additional Information
Compensation: $400-$500 Per Project.
Start Date: ASAP.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
